Lab-Grown or Natural — Both Are Real Diamonds

A lab-grown diamond shares the same carbon structure, hardness and optical properties as a mined one, and is graded on the same 4 Cs by the same laboratories. The difference is origin and price, not authenticity.

Choosing lab-grown is often the single biggest change to what your budget reaches — usually a noticeably larger or better-graded stone for the same spend. Others prefer the history of a natural stone. Both are conflict-free here, and our team will talk you through the trade-off without steering you either way.

Why are your rings cheaper than high-street jewellers?

Because we don't carry the costs that sit behind a high-street price: prime retail rent, a large in-store sales team, expensive fit-outs, heavy advertising, and several wholesalers between the stone and the counter. We source directly, make to order and sell online, and the saving is passed to you rather than absorbed by a lease.

Does a lower price mean a lower-quality diamond?

No. Every stone is independently graded by IGI or GIA and comes with its report, so the quality is verified by a third party rather than claimed by us. The 4 Cs on your certificate are the same 4 Cs a retail store would quote for a comparable stone.

Are your diamonds certified, and by whom?

Yes. Our diamonds are certified by IGI or GIA, two of the most widely recognised gemological laboratories. The certificate covers cut, colour, clarity and carat weight, and is supplied with your ring so you can verify the grading independently.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. A lab-grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond, and is graded on the same scales by the same laboratories. The difference is how it was formed.

Can I discuss my ring before I commit?

What if the ring doesn't fit?

Resizing is free within 60 days of delivery. Our 30-day return policy also applies if the ring isn't what you hoped for.

Can I design a custom piece?

Yes, and custom design is free. Send us a sketch, a photograph or a description, and our team will work through the design with you before anything is made.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Instalment options are available at checkout, and you can also reserve a piece with a small deposit while it's being made.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

Yes. All of our diamonds are ethically sourced and conflict-free, including our natural stones. Lab-grown diamonds are conflict-free by origin.

Will I need an appraisal for insurance?

Your order ships fully insured, so an appraisal isn't needed for transit. If you'd like to insure the piece under your own policy afterwards, we can supply an appraisal document as an optional add-on.
